About the Job
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a full-time retail associate to work 32 to 40 hours a week, on nights and weekends.

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming store environment.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of our current product selection.
- Suggest new products or offerings based on customer needs.
- Operate the cash register and assist with transactions.
- Stock and price merchandise.
- Pull transfer items and assist in inventory management.
- Support our HitTrax performance center.
- Maintain clean and appealing merchandising displays.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
